This policy covers the information Charitoo Web Studios collects through this website — in practice, that means the contact form on the Contact page. It does not cover any information you give us directly by email, phone or in person, which is handled the same way any correspondence would be.

When you submit the contact form, we collect what you type into it: your name, email address, phone number, company or project name, and what you'd like help with. Submitting the form also records the IP address it was sent from, which we use to prevent spam and abuse and to enforce a submission rate limit — nothing else on the site reads or stores your IP.

We do not collect payment information, and we do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or any third-party scripts that profile visitors.

This site does not set cookies and does not use browser storage (localStorage or sessionStorage) for any purpose — that includes tracking, preferences, or analytics. Nothing about your visit is remembered between page loads or between visits.

We use what you submit through the contact form for exactly one purpose: to read, respond to, and follow up on your enquiry. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties, except the service providers below that are necessary to operate the form itself.

Form submissions are sent to a Cloudflare Worker we operate and stored in Cloudflare D1, a database service within our Cloudflare account. If email notifications are enabled, a copy of the enquiry is also sent to our inbox via Resend, a transactional email provider, so we can act on it quickly. Both Cloudflare and Resend act as our service providers for this purpose only — they do not use your information for their own purposes.

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterward in case you follow up. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time — see Contact Us below.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at the address below and we'll act on it directly — there's no automated self-service for this, since the only data involved is what you sent us through the form.

This site is intended for businesses and individuals seeking our services, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If how we handle contact-form data changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. We won't make our practices less protective of information already collected without telling you.
